Safety Training

Safety is one of Midstate Mechanical's core values. This is reflected in our commitment to educate and train our personnel. We are proud of our drug free standing as well as in our involvement with the ABA Safety Council and ASA Safety Council. Midstate provides employees with the most up-to-date information and training.

We manage the ongoing training of our field personnel in many areas, including:

• Fork/Scissor/Boom Lift Training
• Material Handling Equipment
• Asbestos Awareness
• Scaffold Use
• Confined Space
• Fire Protection
• Welding and Cutting
• Ground Fault Protection
• Compressed Air Atmospheres

Every Midstate foreman is required to complete the OSHA 30-hour certification and an in-house safety orientation where they focus on how to spot potential accidents and prevent them from occurring. Each foreman is also responsible for the safety training of their field personnel on a daily basis, as situations arise.
