Ken Graul, Executive Vice President
Ken
Graul is Executive Vice President at Midstate Mechanical Inc. with over 44 years
in the industry including running all facets of the business as a previous owner
of a full service mechanical contracting firm. Ken has a proven executive management
track record and years of experience driving sales growth in the mechanical industry.
His sales and marketing experience includes forming strategic partnerships with
clients throughout Arizona, creating pricing strategies concurrent with budgetary
restrictions, training customers and staff, handling a portfolio of accounts with
disciplines that include HVAC, mechanical maintenance, digital controls, retrofits
to current facilities and installation at new facilities. Ken’s focus at Midstate
concentrates his talents on business development, bookings, revenue, operating profit,
delivery and customer satisfaction within the Special Projects, Service and Digital
Controls Divisions.
Ken began his long and successful career in the construction industry with key executive
capacities with companies including, United Technologies Carrier, The Trane Company
and Air-Ideal. He also served as a Seabee in the U.S. Navy.
